EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER SPECIFIC TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business and Administration or related studies.
• 3 or more years relevant work experience.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

• B2B Marketing knowledge with strong know-how of B2C Marketing in a multi-national environment, especially for the Home Care category.
• Good understanding of marketing strategy and principles including branding, new product development, creative promotions, packaging, and digital marketing.
• A dynamic team player, be comfortable working across functions in a multi-cultural environment, with a positive, self-driven or results oriented attitude.
• Strong sense of design & attention to details.
• Passionate about fragrances & FMCG.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing and able to travel.
