Now we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the manager/owner, this is a full time, hands-on role.

Duties of the Role

• Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
• Create, manage, and optimise digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
• Analyse and interpret data/analytics to measure performance and guide decision-making
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals
• Write engaging and persuasive copy/content for digital platforms.
• Manage and optimise CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management. Here’s what you need:
• At least three years relevant experience
• Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital platforms.
• Good communication ability with English
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Strong writing skills with experience in creating digital content .
• A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and growth strategies.
