REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Hold a Bachelor Degree or Higher.
  2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in marketing specialist.
  3. Extensive experience in developing marketing plans and promotional strategies.
  4. Strong experience in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and campaign analysis.
  5. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  6. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Bilingual candidates are a plus.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $75,000.00 – $101,707.87 per year

Responsibilities
  1. Develop marketing strategies for our different services, creating campaigns for holidays, special events, and promotions with a focus on South Australia while attracting clients from other regions.
  2. Conduct research and analyze competitors to spot trends, customer needs, and new opportunities in the beauty and wellness market.
  3. Advise on marketing activities, including promotions, pricing, advertising channels, and client engagement, ensuring all plans support business goals.
  4. Support campaign execution by working with internal teams and external vendors to make sure strategies are implemented successfully.
  5. Oversee digital marketing, including social media, website content, SEO, and online ads, using analytics to track performance and optimize results.
  6. Monitor campaign outcomes and client feedback, suggesting improvements to boost engagement and enhance the customer experience.
  7. Work closely with management to support growth objectives and explore new opportunities for expanding our market presence.
