WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (YOUR IMPACT) OWN YOUR VENUES Take full ownership of marketing and brand identity for your allocated venues from campaign planning and menu promotions to targeted marketing support. DELIVER CAMPAIGNS END‑TO‑END Build and execute marketing plans aligned to strategic goals delivering on time, on brand, and on budget. BRING IDEAS TO LIFE Partner with Operations and Food & Beverage to support menu development and ensure seamless rollouts that match venue brand and business needs KEEP EVERYONE ALIGNED Maintain an up‑to‑date marketing calendar with the Marketing Manager and keep key stakeholders informed of what’s coming next. DRIVE PROMOTIONS & PARTNERSHIPS Champion promotional campaigns, member initiatives, and sports & community rollouts coordinating across teams when needed LEAD AGENCY OUTPUT Brief and manage external agencies across design, digital, social, PR, photo/video, website, print and VM and build strong relationships that deliver great outcomes. MEASURE WHAT MATTERS Track campaign performance, share insights, and help refine future strategy based on results. SUPPORT BIG MOMENTS Assist with major events, launches, and key activations for your allocated venues. OWN THE VISUAL EXPERIENCE Oversee briefs for signage, wayfinding and visual merchandising to keep brand presentation consistent and the customer journey seamless WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A creative thinker who can tailor marketing to hospitality and event venues Strong written and verbal communication skills (you can influence and bring people with you) Detail‑driven and deadline‑reliable you deliver polished work, consistently A confident multitasker with strong project management and problem‑solving skills Collaborative you work easily with operations, F&B and agency partners Degree in Marketing/Communications (or related Self‑starter with initiative, adaptability and ownership mindset Commercially minded comfortable managing budgets and using data to optimise campaigns DESIRABLE 3+ years’ marketing or agency Experience managing creative, photography and videography partners Awareness of legal/regulatory considerations (lotteries, partnerships etc.) CRM experience for targeted campaigns; social capture best practice; digital screens/website updates Interest in hospitality trends and menu promotion strategies WHAT WE OFFER We’re committed to growing your career and your impact.
