Bethany Medical, an established Independent Multi-Specialty Practice located in Greensboro, High Point, Winston Salem, Jamestown, Kernersville, North Wilkesboro, and Mt. Airy and The Lenny Peters Foundation, a non-profit 501 (c) (3) charity organization whose goal is to assist those in need at home and worldwide, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Team!

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE HAS EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, WORKS WELL IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT, HAS A SOLID APPROACH TO DIGITAL MARKETING, AND HAS WORKED IN THE HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Bethany Medical, The Lenny Peters Foundation, Peter’s Medical Research, and affiliated companies marketing strategies with a focus on digital and Ad-print activities.
  • Create and update marketing materials for Bethany Medical and The Lenny Peters Foundation.
  • Content creation and execution of ads, website, social media, collateral literature, etc.
  • Preparation of news releases on events at Bethany Medical and The Lenny Peters Foundation.
  • Prepare marketing report on campaign ROIs with analytics.
  • Assist in planning public events for both Bethany Medical and The Lenny Peters Foundation.
  • Represent both companies at public events and conferences related to public relations and other activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or public relations preferred with three to five years of experience.
  • Two plus years of campaign management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare preferred.
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Non-Profit experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to set clear goals and execute projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
