Our focus is to deliver optimal, individualized rehabilitation by highly skilled professional therapists while developing long-term partnerships between our staff and the communities they serve. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns. This includes concept development, communication design, media production, social media interaction, customer research, client relationship support, and content development. Essential Key Job Responsibilities: Create content that represents the Blue Stone Therapy brand. Collaborate with team members across the organization to create content for email, websites, social media, video, digital signage, collateral material, and more. Assist the Chief Growth Officer to ensure consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look and feel of all marketing materials. Coordinates the event management function to ensure event content and themes are executed at a high level and in-line with the brand guidelines and expectations, this includes coordinating and executing photography and videography for special events and general marketing needs. Supports strategic marketing priorities in the creation of content and tracking of program success. Edit various content assets and ensure alignment with established branding or messaging guidelines. Coordinate digital marketing and paid social media efforts, which can include strategy development, execution, budget management, and reporting efforts. Has oversight of the company store and brand apparel programs. Assist the Business Development team with new business development meetings and follow-up, client communications, and customer service. Coordinate, attend, and represent Blue Stone Therapy at trades shows, conferences, and other events. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential responsibilities of the job. Minimum of three (3) years in a marketing, graphic design, or content strategy role. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven ability to exercise professional judgment with initiative in analyzing and executing multi-faceted problem solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in negotiating complex contracts.
