QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-4 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels to support business objectives.
• Write and edit compelling content, including case studies, blogs, emails, and other marketing materials that communicate Breakthrough’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the creation of client-facing materials, presentations, and other written content.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and other brand initiatives.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging marketing practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
