In this role you will lead the data, analytics and marketing intelligence capabilities for Covered California’s paid media campaigns across marketing ecosystem. You will analyze data, test strategies and tacktics, measure results, and make recommendations to improve marketing performance. As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Lead all paid media performance efforts from setting KPIs to final campaign performance reports.
  • Leverage MarTech solutions to inform and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to inform data strategy initiatives, coordinate efforts, and cross-share learnings.
  • Develop engaging presentations and data visualizations to communicate the impact of marketing efforts.

This position’s office headquarters location is designated in Sacramento, CA. Travel expenses associated with commuting to the employee’s office headquarters location are not reimbursable, other than authorized transit subsidies.

Working Conditions
This position may be eligible for telework. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and based on Covered California’s current telework policy. While Covered California supports telework, in-person attendance may be required based on operational needs. Employees are expected to be able to report to their worksite with minimal notification if an urgent need arises, as determined by the Department.
