• We’re Hiring: Marketing Specialist

• Department: Marketing | Reports to: Senior Marketing Analyst
• Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for design and digital marketing?
  Capitol City Produce is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and bring our brand to life across print, digital, and in-person events!

This role is all about creating high-quality content, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms.

• What You’ll Do:
• ✏️ Design vibrant POS flyers, educational materials, and marketing content
• • Manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & more!)
• • Create EBLASTs and manage email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp
• • Support content creation including short-form videos and photography
• •️ Set up for promotions and represent the brand at community & industry events
• • Keep our website and product catalogs fresh and up-to-date
• ✍️ Proofread and edit marketing materials with an eye for detail
• What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year of experience in marketing (degree preferred)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat), Canva, or similar tools
• Strong skills in content creation, social media management & flyer design
• Organized, creative, and excited to be hands-on at events
• Willingness to occasionally attend evening/weekend events
• Bonus: Experience with short-form video editing!
