We are hiring for one Marketing specialist. This person can work at any location across our footprint. This job focuses heavily on working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. It requires an effective communicator: someone who is able to motivate others while understanding and responding to their needs and concerns.
Detailed work is another major focus of the job; these details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently. As this role often focuses on building and maintaining relationships with others, it’s important to articulate the details effectively when working with others. Given timeliness is an important factor in this role, this person’s work must be done quickly and correctly. In general, this is a position where guidelines, structure, and established policies must be followed fairly closely while working with or for others.
We are looking for someone to raise brand awareness to drive sales for the company, our services, and our products. Ideally, we would like someone with direct experience in B2B Marketing preferably in a professional services industry. The Marketing Specialist will lead all aspects of an assigned focus area’s marketing efforts with a curious and self-driven approach. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to take initiative and has a keen interest in expanding their knowledge and skills in marketing, especially in B2B marketing. The role will contribute to the continuous advancement of our online presence and brand awareness, develop and execute marketing strategies and seek new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research: analyze data to identify target audience, market trends, and competitors to create effective marketing strategies.
  • Develop marketing campaigns: create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels that align with business goals and convert the target audience.
  • Create marketing materials: Develop marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, videos, and social media posts, that communicate the brand’s message efficiently and creatively.
  • Run website and social media: Maintain and update website and social media platforms with content that drives traffic and engagement.
  • Monitor & optimize campaign performance: Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Operate proactively: identify new opportunities/enhancements and provide potential solutions. Stay up to date with market trends and industry best practices.
  • Maintains and assures compliance with all Bank policies, procedures and processes, and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules and regulations; adheres to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) responsibilities that are specific to the position.
