JOB DESCRIPTION
Change Champions is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and to help us grow!
In this role, you will mainly work with our owner and our team of consultants to help us gain exposure to clients and share our passion for helping users adopt digital technology around Microsoft 365 and Cybersecurity.
REQUIREMENTS

- +8 years in marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and executing strategic marketing plans.
- Demonstrated experience in creating compelling content that resonates with the audience and enhances brand messaging.
- Familiarity with marketing software and tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, webinar hosting platforms, Adobe, canva and analytics tools.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns, including building database, segmentation, targeting, and automation.
- Ability to use analytics tools to track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong skills in conveying ideas clearly and persuasively, both in writing and speaking.
Nice to Have’s
- Passion for all things Microsoft (productivity and security technology) is an asset
- Basic understanding of web design principles and graphic design tools can be beneficial.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and executing social media marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated experience with services companies
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
- This is a part time role to start but we are looking to transition this to a full-time role within approximately 3 to 6 months of starting.
- This is a remote role; you must reside in Canada.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategy & plan: Document marketing strategy and plan aligned with the company goals and objectives.
- Lead generation: Design and implement lead generation strategies to attract and nurture qualified leads via creative means and out of the box strategies.
- Campaign management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content, and out of the box marketing initiatives. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Customer marketing: Create monthly marketing campaigns to support specific efforts.
- Develop top of funnel content: Create blogs, social media posts, event invitations, etc. to engage target audience and capture leads.
- Basic CRM or similar maintenance and management: Manage basic functions of CRM platform Hubspot (managing lists, creation of landing pages, sequences, etc).
- Event management: Organize quarterly events (in person or online), invite, promote, coordinate venue, agendas, speakers, reminders, etc.
- Impact reporting: Keep track of impact of marketing initiatives (leads, reads, etc) and report.
- Collaboration: Interact with other teams (graphic design contractor, consulting team, website contractor) to deliver on marketing projects.
