Responsibilities Job purpose: The job requires focus on improving client’s digital experience through various tactics such as campaign management, banner designs, video content generating, website journey setup, paid acquisition landing page designs and improvement of client’s onboarding journey experience, this job requires leverage your expertise to identify emerging opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly, keeping the business ahead of the curve. Primary duties will include: Enhance user journey though our website, and improve client’s customer experience by client segments, platforms and trading products Act as the marketing product owner for interactions across internal function teams to ensure the digital marketing initiatives delivered in an effective and efficient manner Work closely with internal team to support digital collateral production to meet business requirements, including website pages, new landing pages, content, imagery, video and user interfaces with the website Creates client journey maps through first-hand experience of our websites and platforms Researches best UX practices and industry trends Works closely with Website Editors and Regional business team members Learns how customer feedback tools are implemented on the website Qualifications To land this role you will need: Ecommerce, marketing, or equivalent degree level educated Native Mandarin language speaker Understanding of China online internet, mobile internet environment and user behavior Solid e-commerce related marketing product owner/customer experience management experience at a similar level within digitally led marketing organisations Experience and familiar with morden digital marketing systems like Google Analytics, website CMS, Figma Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimise performance Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners Knowledge of SEO, AI SEO (GEO/AEO) is preferred Understanding of online trading (FX, CFD, Stocks trading) experience, with insights financial brokerage industry is preferred What makes you stand out: Fast learner with data driven business sense Self-motivated Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in the relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite Problem solving skills and passion for result driven solutions Attention to detail Results driven/commercially orientated Proactive and goal orientated Ability to work to tight deadlines and to prioritize effectively Working environment: 4 days in office, 1 day remote #LI-Hybrid #LI-KV1
