Job Responsibilities for Marketing Specialist: Devise and execute strategies to grow and maintain youth banking programs and campaigns in coordination with the Director of Marketing. Maintain all record keeping for Marketing Department within Synergy. Assist with direct mailing and target market mailings. Run various errands to help support the Marketing department. Ordering of employee business cards, name tags, and name plates. Send cards and gifts to clients and employees for various life events: funerals, weddings, retirements, new baby. Yearly ag and business gifting. Backup for graphic designer Event Assistance Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Oral and written communication skills. Computer and mathematical skills. Customer service experience preferred but not required. Previous marketing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
