Our ecosystem includes founders, donors, scholars, and spiritual leaders reimagining generosity and justice through faith-rooted innovation.We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to translate our work into clear, consistent, and compelling communications across platforms, audiences, and formats.
Role Summary
You will support content execution across social media, email campaigns, digital assets, and internal comms. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to create clean, on-brand, story-rich content in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll work cross-functionally to launch new programs, build community engagement, support partner efforts, and ensure our brand is showing up consistently and meaningfully across all channels.
This role is for a strong executor and creative strategist, someone who’s comfortable running a full campaign calendar, coordinating across teams, and making sure nothing drops. You’ll report to the Head of Agency and work closely with Product and Growth.

What You’ll Own

  • Develop and schedule social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn, IG, Youtube, TikTok),
  • Support copywriting for email campaigns, websites, and eventsHelp produce and update decks, case studies, and Hero stories,
  • Maintain a consistent tone and aesthetic across all marketing touchpoint,
  • Track content performance and iterate based on feedbackWork in tools like Notion, Canva, Google Suite, Clickup.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content, or communications,
  • Ability to write clear and compelling copy with editing skills, especially for brand voice and clarity,
  • Strong skills in cross-functional coordination and content production,
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet fast deadlines,
  • Experience in social impact, community orgs, or global initiatives,
  • Familiarity with mission-driven storytelling and faith-adjacent content.

Pay: From $11,400.00 per year
