About your new role: We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist to help drive pipeline and accelerate growth in a high-velocity tech startup environment. This is a highly hands-on role working directly alongside our Head of Marketing. You’ll be a key execution partner in building and launching campaigns, planning curated executive events, driving targeted outreach, and managing paid media programs that contribute directly to revenue. You won’t just “support” marketing initiatives — you’ll help build them from the ground up. From executive dinners and LinkedIn prospecting to day-to-day ad campaign management and performance optimization, you’ll play a central role in turning strategy into measurable pipeline. We move quickly, test aggressively, and optimize for outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Executive & Curated Events Work with our Head of Marketing to help execute executive dinners and customer events. Build qualified invite lists in partnership with sales. Own event promotion/outreach across email and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Research and secure event venues (restaurants, galleries, museums, etc). Own and manage RSVPs. Paid Social Media Campaign Management Manage day-to-day execution of paid LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns (AdWords experience is a plus but not required) Monitor performance and propose optimizations. Test creative, messaging, and targeting to improve ROI. Market Development Management Using email and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, own and nurture leads who convert on TOFU marketing content into MQLs. (MQLs are handled by sales.) Marketing Operations & Execution Track campaign performance and report on results tied to pipeline Maintain organized workflows across campaigns and tools Use AI tools and prompt-based workflows to accelerate research and campaign execution Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization. What you'll need for success: 2–5+ years in a hands-on marketing role (growth, demand gen, or field marketing preferred) Experience running paid social ad campaigns Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outbound prospecting tools Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously Strong execution mindset — you ship and iterate Data-aware and ROI-focused Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering is a requirement Copywriting ability is helpful but not required Why you'll love life at Command|Link Join us at CommandLink, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of business communication.
