Position Overview:
As our Content Creator/Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for capturing, producing, and managing engaging content across multiple platforms. This role involves both in-office and on-site work, meaning you’ll frequently be outdoors at active construction projects—sometimes in varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
Create photo, video, and written content that highlights ongoing projects, completed work, and company culture.
Manage and update social media accounts, website, and marketing materials.
Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase visibility and brand recognition.
Collaborate with project managers and field staff to capture accurate and compelling content.
Track engagement and performance metrics to adjust strategies for maximum reach.
Assist in event planning, community outreach, and promotional initiatives.
Requirements:
Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Willingness to be outside on active job sites in varying weather conditions.
Construction industry experience or knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
Pay based on experience.
