This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 10-12 LPA) Experience: 2+ yrs Location: Mumbai Job Type: full-time We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Marketing Specialist to support field marketing initiatives, campaign execution, events, and stakeholder coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects while working closely with sales, marketing, agencies, and partners. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive seamless execution of marketing programs from planning through reporting. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of field marketing, brand, and digital marketing campaigns. Coordinate with sales teams to execute marketing initiatives that drive engagement, lead generation, and business growth. Manage project timelines, ensuring campaigns, events, and marketing activities are delivered on schedule. Act as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders, external agencies, vendors, and partners. Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. Support the planning and execution of webinars, regional events, partner activities, and field marketing programs. Maintain accurate records of registrations, attendee data, campaign activities, and lead management within Salesforce. Generate and review campaign and event reports to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Manage marketing trackers, budgets, schedules, and follow-up activities using Excel and other reporting tools. Create presentations for internal reviews, sales enablement, campaign updates, and post-event analysis. Ensure smooth coordination and communication across all stakeholders to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives. What Makes You a Great Fit 2–4 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, campaign management, or event execution. Strong understanding of B2B marketing, webinars, events, and lead generation activities. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, tracking, and analysis. Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment with tight deadlines. Willingness to travel for events, partner meetings, and field marketing activities when required.
