Description

We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist to play a key role in driving the company’s growth in the branded merchandise industry. The role focuses on uncovering new market opportunities, shaping data-driven marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns that strengthen our brand presence and client relationships. By combining market insights with creative execution, the Head of Growth Marketing will directly contribute to business development and long-term growth.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, brand management, or digital marketing, with brand and agency experience.
  • Strong capability in market research and data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, client acquisition, and retention.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEM, social media, email automation, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to design and optimise go-to-market strategies, including pricing, product positioning, and distribution models.
  • Skilled in brand building and messaging, ensuring consistent and differentiated positioning across multiple touchpoints.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives and business growth.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities to influence decision-making and drive organisational growth.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover new business opportunities within the corporate gifting and branded merchandise industry.
  • Interpret customer insights, sales data, and competitor activities to guide decision-making on product development and service offerings.
  • Drive business expansion by designing and implementing structured marketing plans, policies, and initiatives that support revenue and client growth.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on pricing, product positioning, promotional activities, and distribution approaches to maximise our market impact.
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen our brand visibility and ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing activities with client needs and ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
