Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Location: Cosmetic Physician Partners (Montreal – Hybrid)
Position Overview: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and activities for 10+ banners in the portfolio. You will focus on implementing the marketing strategy, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth and timely execution of all marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on campaign execution.
  • 3+ years of client services experience in an agency is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
  • Understand CRM systems (ex. GoHighLevel), Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
  • Experience in marketing calendar management and working across various internal teams.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for your assigned clinics, ensuring timely and effective execution of all marketing efforts.
  • Implement and manage the clinic-specific marketing calendar, coordinating with internal departments to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in managing and executing email campaigns, gathering media assets, social media efforts, influencer partnerships, and event coordination.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute website updates, content creation, and media assets for campaigns.
  • Monitor CRM data in HighLevel, tracking conversion rates, lead generation, and clinic performance.
  • Report campaign performance and key metrics to the clinic and marketing team, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
