QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on campaign execution.
- 3+ years of client services experience in an agency is an asset
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Understand CRM systems (ex. GoHighLevel), Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
- Experience in marketing calendar management and working across various internal teams.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for your assigned clinics, ensuring timely and effective execution of all marketing efforts.
- Implement and manage the clinic-specific marketing calendar, coordinating with internal departments to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in managing and executing email campaigns, gathering media assets, social media efforts, influencer partnerships, and event coordination.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute website updates, content creation, and media assets for campaigns.
- Monitor CRM data in HighLevel, tracking conversion rates, lead generation, and clinic performance.
- Report campaign performance and key metrics to the clinic and marketing team, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
