In the Marketing Specialist role reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, will provide marketing support and coordinate marketing functions within Bush Hog, Dixie Chopper, and Rhino Ag brands. Coordinate and manage social media advertising for Bush Hog. Provide web site help and support to dealers and sales representatives. Support the Sales Department by generating correspondence, performing computer software functions, and sales reporting. CORE COMPETENCIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE: * Learning * People Relations * Communication * Position/Tech Knowledge * Results Driven   Essential Functions of the Job: * Develop and execute engaging visual content including photos, videos, and graphics to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and events. * Manage photo and video shoots—planning, capturing, and editing content for multiple platforms * Design print and digital materials such as advertisements, brochures, email graphics, and social media assets * Maintain and update website content, ensuring brand consistency and a strong visual presentation * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with overall campaign goals * Assist in managing brand identity and visual standards across all marketing channels * Stay current with trends in design, video, photography, and digital media to continuously enhance creative output * Perform all other duties assigned by Supervisor including administrating co-op, managing shared email inboxes, promotional item inventory, etc.  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s): * Ability to be self-directed and achieve results under minimal * Ability to build and foster effective business relationships with executives, managers, dealerships, vendors and other internal and external customers * Ability to embody Alamo Group’s high ethical standards and demonstrate personal and organizational accountability. * Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills, both verbal and * Excellent computer skills including knowledge and use of Microsoft Office * Knowledge of advertising through social media, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube * Ability to create appropriate content for all media * Analytical thinker with strong conceptual * Able to prioritize and organize own * Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required * Travel will be required  Education and Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration * 5+ years’ experience specializing in Marketing/Advertising * Experience working with trade shows and event planning is preferred WORKING CONDITIONS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
