  1. Social Media Management:Oversee Soum’s presence on all social media platforms, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging.Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and growth.
  2. Content Creation and Management: Develop, create, and manage content across all social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and marketing goals.
  3. Marketing Content Strategy: Devise and implement a comprehensive marketing content strategy that resonates with our target audience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media content with overall marketing and business objectives.
  4. Community Growth and Engagement: Drive follower growth and increase engagement across all social media channels. Foster and manage relationships with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
  5. Collaboration with Production Agencies: Partner with production agencies and external vendors to develop high-quality content that supports our social media strategy. Manage the timeline, budget, and deliverables for content production projects.
  6. Creative Ideation: Generate creative and trendy content ideas that resonate with our audience and keep Soum at the forefront of social media trends. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools, incorporating them into our content strategy.
