The CRM & Loyalty Specialist will execute Boots Opticians’ customer retention marketing campaigns across all CRM channels (email, SMS, direct mail, mobile app, and more). A critical role in the performance of the business, this is a unique opportunity to shine in a role that is as creative as it is data-led.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To plan and execute the Boots Opticians trade plan via multi-channel creative campaigns
  • To understand and optimise the customer journey, using data-led insights
  • Own the customer lifecycle, ensuring longevity and commercial success
  • To identify new innovations (technology, channels, creative, behavioural science) to drive incremental improvements in the programme
  • Use data and insight to identify new commercial opportunities
  • Plan test and learn strategy and deliver reporting to the business
  • Work closely with data and analytics and insights team to understand key customer segments and increase their value.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental bookings and revenue for the business
