Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you a strategic thinker with a creative edge and a passion for delivering impactful marketing initiatives? CSR are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract. Based in North Ryde, this role offers a hybrid work environment, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaboration of in-office engagement.
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing strategies that connect with key audiences, drive channel growth, and support sales success. You’ll work across multiple touchpoints-from market research and campaign execution to stakeholder engagement and performance analysis-bringing ideas to life and delivering measurable results.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and behaviours.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Identify and build effective distribution channels and partnerships.
  • Create engaging content and promotional materials.
  • Support sales teams with tools and resources.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the industry.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise for results.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
