JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team and help elevate our brand through compelling content, smart automation, and seamless digital execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative design and technical marketing, with a strong command of tools like HubSpot, WordPress, and Canva.
As part of our marketing team, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality visual and written content, managing digital campaigns, optimizing marketing workflows, and maintaining web presence. You’ll play a key role in enhancing user engagement, supporting lead generation, and aligning marketing efforts with business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (marketing automation, workflows, lead nurturing, analytics, and CRM integrations).
  • Strong skills in graphic design and video editing using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Advance proficiency in using Canva to design on-brand visuals for social media, email, and web.
  • Experience in both offline and online marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM)
Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging digital content, including graphics and video, to support marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage content for HubSpot blogs and email campaigns.
  • Manage and implement website updates—currently in HubSpot, transitioning to WordPress.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless performance across digital platforms.
  • Use Canva to design on-brand visuals for social media, email, and web.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Support lead generation and nurturing through targeted digital strategies.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries and ensure timely content delivery.
