About the job

• Managing the brand to achieve planned results in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager.
• Preparing nationwide promotional activities in cooperation with other departments and partner agencies.
• Developing media support in collaboration with the media team and partner agencies (TV, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.).
• Creating POS materials for promotional activities.
• Managing projects related to the launch of new products on the CZ/SK market and overseeing marketing support to ensure their successful introduction.
• Managing the marketing budget.
• Regular collaboration with regional/global teams, sales, and finance departments.
• Conducting market share analyses.
• Monitoring the competitive environment.

About you

• University education with a focus on economics or marketing (graduate or final-year student).
• Previous experience in a marketing position preferred.
• Proficiency in Czech or Slovak is a must.
• Advanced knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).
• Presentation skills.
• A creative, independent, and proactive personality.
• Ability to manage agile projects.
• Strong analytical skills (working with data).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office – MS Excel, PowerPoint.
