Position Summary: The Marketing Specialist works under the guidance of Senior Marketing Coordinator and focuses on supporting Datacolor's offline marketing activities including trade shows and seminars, while also assisting with local digital channel operations such as WeChat Official Account and video channel. Strong execution and communication skills are needed to work with vendors and internal sales teams.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Offline event support (trade shows & seminars) – full-cycle execution including booth coordination, logistics, and on-site management, and post-event lead follow-up with sales team. * WeChat Official Account content support – work with vendors to prepare content and analyze performance to optimize engagement rate. Leverage SCRM tools to generate more MQLs from WeChat operations. * Video Account content support – assist with content planning, simple editing, uploading, and localization.   * Lead tracking – Familiar with MQL and SQL concepts; monitor lead generation efficiency from trade shows/seminars and WeChat through key performance indicators. * Marketing material inventory management – regular stock checks and timely replenishment. * Other tasks required by manager.   Experience & Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related fields preferred. * 1-3 years marketing experience, preferably with offline event execution (trade shows/seminars). * Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and verbal). * Proficiency in Office software (PPT/Excel); experience with graphic design (Canva/Photoshop) or video editing tools is a plus. * Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently. * Willing to travel occasionally.   Location: Shanghai, 上海   Our offer:   You will work in an innovating organization that estimates the value of the people working correctly in a friendly atmosphere and a very open and informal culture with room for personal input.     Our Core Values:   Learn, understand and live the Datacolor Core Values of Customer Focus, Execution, Ownership, Team Work, Learning, and Passion.   Interested:   If you feel you have what it takes to be the new position at Datacolor, we look forward to hearing from you.
