POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales enablement, support business development efforts, and position our company as the partner of choice for prospective clients. The ideal candidate will excel at creating compelling business proposals, developing and executing targeted marketing plans, conducting market research, and delivering persuasive pitch decks to win new business.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing, MBA highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of B2B professional and strategic marketing experience in a large corporate environment.
  • Must have experience crafting marketing strategies, business proposals, pitch decks, and sales enablement tools. Portfolio of work will be required.
  • Deep knowledge of business development strategies and business operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience with CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Marketing or Business certifications are plus.

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that align with company goals and drive revenue growth. Partner with executive leadership to develop compelling first-class strategies to drive new business.
  • Sales Enablement: Create tools, collateral, and resources that empower the sales team to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects.
  • Business Proposals: Draft persuasive, customized proposals that address client needs and highlight competitive advantages. Partner with leadership to strategize business messaging and deliver first-class proposals to top name corporations across the US.
  • Marketing Plans: Design and execute marketing plans to target specific industries, accounts, or market segments.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, identify market opportunities, and deliver insights to guide strategy and messaging.
  • Pitch Decks & Presentations: Build and present visually engaging, impactful pitch decks to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and leadership, to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy.
  • Execution: Execute marketing strategy by performing daily operational tasks such as SEO, campaign management, landing pages, email marketing, content creation, digital campaigns, vendor collaboration, project management, print collateral, tradeshow preparation, and more.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign and proposal success rates, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
