About the role As a Marketing Specialist for DENZA, you will support the development and execution of brand-building initiatives in the local market, focusing on demand generation and market growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business goals. This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager for DENZA in Spain. The Key responsibilities will be: Develop and implement comprehensive Paid Media strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and brand awareness. Execute, manage, and continuously optimize Paid Media campaigns across key platforms (primarily Google Ads and Meta) to maximize ROI and achieve business KPIs. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for the launch of an automotive luxury brand in Spain. Identify target audiences and create detailed buyer personas. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for social media and website update Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events and activities. Track and report on project progress and team activities to central function. Required skills, qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Business Suite, with a strong understanding of campaign tracking and performance analytics. Minimum 5 year of experience in marketing for a luxury brand. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
