Description
Description US Pediatric Partners is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Marketing Specialist to support and operationalize marketing efforts across our growing network of pediatric primary care and integrated behavioral health brands. This role will serve as the day-to-day owner of both digital marketing execution and brand upkeep, supporting more than 75 pediatric and behavioral health practices across multiple states. The Marketing Specialist will report directly to and work closely with the VP of Marketing, external vendors, internal practice leadership, and operational partners to ensure accuracy, consistency, and momentum across all digital and local marketing channels. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in execution, systems, and follow-through—and who enjoys bringing order, consistency, and quality control to complex, multi-brand environments. Digital Presence & Reputation Management: Own review and reputation platforms across all brands, including review responses, provider onboarding/offboarding, reporting, escalation of sensitive feedback, and support of NPS tracking. Directory & Listings Management: Maintain accuracy of online directories and listings, managing practice and provider updates, hours and notices, and resolving duplication, suppression, or ranking issues. Website Content & CMS Support: Execute website updates across brands, including provider bios, intake surveys, location pages, and new practice onboarding, while coordinating with web agencies to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Direct Mail & Local Marketing Support: Support direct mail and local marketing efforts by coordinating creative assets, targeting lists, vendors, proofs, and inventory in alignment with brand standards. PR, Communications & Campaign Support: Support drafting, scheduling, and distribution of press releases and communications, including fact-gathering, approvals, internal sharing, and basic tracking. Marketing Collateral & Asset Management: Manage creation, updates, ordering, and distribution of marketing collateral, maintaining an organized asset library and coordinating print vendors as needed. Reporting, QA & Operational Support: Produce recurring marketing reports, perform quality assurance on marketing outputs, maintain organized workflows, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing or operations Experience supporting multi-location or multi-brand organizations (healthcare strongly preferred) Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred), Google Business Profiles and online listings, reputation or review management platforms Familiarity with GA4, Search Console, and marketing analytics, direct mail or print production, and SEO-informed content updates Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written communication and follow-through Ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership mentality Comfort working with external agencies and vendors US Pediatric Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
