Description

At Wesfarmers Health we strive to make health, beauty and wellness experiences simpler, more affordable and easier to access for all Australians.

Our portfolio includes well-known names like Priceline, as well as our MediAesthetics brands - Clear Skincare Clinics and SILK Laser Clinics. In the digital space, we're proud to have SISU Health and InstantScripts—and most recently, we've launched our newest retail beauty stores, atomica.

About us:

What began in 1910 as a small co-operative of just three pharmacies has grown into Wesfarmers Health—a leading Australian organisation in health, beauty, and wellness.

Today, Wesfarmers Health proudly employs over 3,600 team members, all committed to delivering accessible, innovative, and trusted health and beauty services to Australians nationwide, across retail, medi-aesthetics, digital health, and wholesale and supply chain operations.

What you'll do:

We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist - Digital & Communications to support the delivery of digital marketing and communications activity across our pharmacy wholesale network. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing our promotional programs and digital experiences to life across multiple brands including, but not limited to Soul Pattinson Chemist, Pharmacist Advice, and the Club Premium Independent pharmacy program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across website, EDM, SMS, and paid social channels
  • Coordinating website content updates, promotional campaigns, and digital assets to ensure accuracy and brand compliance
  • Delivering end-to-end EDM and SMS communications, including briefing, proofing, approvals, scheduling, and deployment
  • Managing supplier-funded digital campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery, tracking, and performance reporting
  • Set up, deploy, monitor, and optimise paid social advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future activity
  • Creating and coordinating promotional and operational communications for pharmacy partners
  • Maintaining quality assurance, governance, and compliance standards across all digital and communication activities

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful digital initiatives while helping shape how we communicate, engage and grow across our pharmacy network.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing, marketing operations, communications, or campaign execution role, with demonstrated end-to-end delivery accountability across owned channels (website, EDM and/or SMS)
  • WordPress experience (hands-on) including updating website content and coordinating banner/content changes
  • Experience working with creative studios, agencies, or print/digital production workflows (briefing, trafficking, proofing, approvals)
  • Experience coordinating or executing paid social advertising (campaign setup, monitoring, optimisation and reporting)
  • Intermediate PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail, with proven proofing and version control discipline
  • Desirable: demonstrated interest and capability using AI tools to improve speed/quality (drafting, reformatting, summarising, proof-check prompts, checklist automation)
  • Tertiary qualification (Marketing, Business or Communications)
