To support our growth and enhance our customer engagement, we are seeking a part-time Marketing Specialist (Digital & Content), m/f/d based in Hamburg, Germany, to drive impactful digital marketing, content creation, and demand generation initiatives. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing & Product in Hamburg. It is an exciting opportunity for a versatile marketing professional to make a real impact by shaping and delivering a wide range of marketing activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including website updates, social media campaigns, email marketing, and search engine optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and manage compelling content such as case studies, infographics and newsletters tailored to a B2B maritime audience.
  • Leverage tools like Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality marketing materials, ensuring a consistent brand message across all platforms.
  • Maintain content calendars, digital asset libraries, and coordinate with external agencies.
  • Support demand generation through lead-nurture workflows and marketing automation tools.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, using insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners and agencies to support marketing efforts.
