YOUR ROLE We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to execute high-quality marketing across digital, social, and solutions/segment initiatives in a fast-moving Cybersecurity environment. This is an execution-focused role with a clear 50/50 split across: Digital + Social: publish and optimise content on our global website using Drupal and own our social calendar end-to-end Solutions + Segment: translate technical cybersecurity topics into clear customer value and produce campaign-ready assets across all solution pillars You’ll partner closely with solution services SMEs, sales, and marketing stakeholders to ensure our content is accurate, on-brand, visually sharp, and performance-driven for demand generation outcomes - using tools including Drupal and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support campaign execution and measurable reporting. Website (Drupal) & Digital Content Execution - Build, edit, and publish content in our global website framework using Drupal (landing pages, solution pages, event pages, blog updates, partner content) Social - Own the Calendar (End-to-End) - Own the social calendar, including planning, drafting, scheduling, publishing, and optimization across the services business Email & Marketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) - Build and deploy campaign email communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including setup of campaign emails, content blocks, and templated layouts aligned to brand standards Digital Performance, Campaign Reporting & Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with our Global Web team to extract and interpret ANZ-specific digital performance across priority pages and campaigns (e.g., solution pages, landing pages, event pages, thought leadership) Solution Storytelling & Messaging - Translate technical cybersecurity topics into customer-focused messaging across all solution pillars (equal priority), producing consistent value stories Campaign & Segment Activation Support - Support integrated campaign execution by segment (industry and/or persona) Stakeholder & SME Coordination - Gather inputs from solution SMEs, validate technical accuracy, and ensure claims and offers are evidence-based and approved WHAT YOU’LL BRING Ideally have 2-5 years’ experience in a marketing execution role (digital, content, campaign, or solution marketing) Proven experience using a CMS (Drupal experience preferred) Strong writing and editing ability - confident turning technical inputs into customer-ready messaging Strong visual judgement and attention to detail (layout hierarchy, brand consistency, readability) Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and approvals with strong organisation Experience in creating or editing design files WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY After you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
