We are seeking a qualified and motivated Marketing Specialist to drive both our internal marketing initiatives and client-focused marketing projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in digital marketing, preferably with agency or multi-client experience.
  • Proven skills in SEO, Google Ads management, email marketing, content creation, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising budget management and optimisation.
  • Experience managing digital assets across multiple channels (social media, CMS, email tools).
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

The Marketing Specialist will develop, implement, and optimise marketing strategies to grow the company’s brand presence, generate leads, and promote our services, while also delivering tailored marketing solutions to external clients across diverse industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, implement, and optimise digital marketing strategies tailored to internal business goals and client objectives.
  • Coordinate and execute full-scale marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, social media, email, webinars) for both company and client projects.
  • Monitor Google Ads performance and ad spend, ensuring campaigns meet ROI targets.
  • Collaborate with the internal ad team and stakeholders to align ad strategies, targeting, and budget allocation with business priorities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies and reporting.
  • Create marketing content such as blogs, case studies, email campaigns, social media posts, and sales collateral.
  • Manage and update website content for the company and assist in client website optimisation.
  • Track campaign results using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) and prepare performance reports.
  • Support co-branded campaigns, loyalty programs, and lead nurturing initiatives.
  • Provide strategic insights to strengthen both company and client digital presence.
