As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to help elevate DSM’s brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and drive lead generation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic marketing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to amplify DSM’s industry leadership and growth trajectory. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably in manufacturing, technology, or related industries.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and content creation, including video editing.
  • Familiarity with electronics manufacturing or industrial sectors is an asset.

SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems (HubSpot is an asset), and digital analytics platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and content development skills.
  • Ability to create visually engaging marketing materials using design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Video editing experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, results-driven approach, and strong self-motivation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness in target industries.
  • Create compelling and informative content (website copy, blog articles, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, and social media posts) that position DSM as an industry leader.
  • Manage and optimize DSM’s digital presence, including website updates, SEO strategies, paid media campaigns, and social media marketing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, trade show materials) to support business development efforts.
  • Plan and coordinate DSM’s presence at trade shows and industry events, ensuring brand consistency and engagement with potential customers.
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics using CRM and marketing automation tools to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Support internal and external communications, including PR initiatives and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Contribute to the internal DSM team culture by developing content and materials for internal newsletters, the DSM Social Club, employee events, and other engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of staff and customer-focused events, ensuring a positive and professional brand experience.
