Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis in Northgate. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding and experience in both traditional and modern digital marketing methods. From designing promotional flyers and brochures to executing effective various marketing campaigns, the Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting our products.
Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the following task and duties:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the brand presence of Ecoboxtec.
  • Develop local and statewide brand management strategies and share with customers and distributors.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and online content.
  • Design and organise the training & installation procedure manuals, guides, marketing collateral, and visual materials.
  • Manage social media platforms to increase audience engagement and drive brand awareness.
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns, both online and offline, to target relevant audiences.
  • Evaluate and develop ideas for marketing opportunities and generate new content through social media, promotional event planning and brand advertisement.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimise strategies and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidates will have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing roles.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative skillset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Initiative approach toward any given task and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and provide accurate ROI reports on marketing spend.
  • Be a highly skilled communicator who enjoys developing multi-media content with a particular focus on web marketing activities.
  • Skills in Web Development, 3D Visualization, Graphic Design, Multimedia creationare highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus.

Salary:
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 and $85,000, excluding superannuation, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Schedule:

Supplementary Pay:
