WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2-3 years of experience in a marketing communications or digital marketing role, ideally within the education or technology sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content. Multicultural Language knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
• A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field are preferred
• A proactive, team-oriented approach, with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
• Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to craft compelling campaigns and measure their effectiveness

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketing professional to join the growing team at Education Planet Global as a Marketing Specialist. In this full-time, Sydney-based role, you will be responsible for driving the company’s marketing communications strategy and executing a range of digital and traditional marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive new leads.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to promote Education Planet Global products and services
• Create compelling content such as social media posts, website copy, email newsletters, and blog articles
• Manage and optimise the company’s digital marketing channels, including website, social media, and paid advertising
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support the sales process
• Analyse marketing data and campaign performance to continuously improve effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities
• Support the planning and execution of events and tradeshows
• Provide administrative and creative support for day-to-day marketing activities.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and presentations for management.
• Assist in budget planning, allocation, and monitoring for marketing campaigns.
• Manage and update CRM systems with marketing and lead generation data.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities
