WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone passionate about marketing and technology, with solid experience in content marketing and a deep understanding of the B2B technology services sector. You will have freedom to develop and implement marketing strategies that support our sales efforts, generate sales opportunities, and position Essensys as a thought leader.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: at least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on content marketing in the B2B sector, preferably in the technology services industry.
Writing and communication skills: exceptional writing and communication abilities, with the capacity to create technical and persuasive content that resonates with a sophisticated B2B audience.
SEO knowledge: experience in implementing SEO strategies in content marketing and using analytics tools.
Strategic thinking: the ability to develop and execute content strategies that support overall business and marketing objectives.
Results-oriented: the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on measurable content performance.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical knowledge: understanding the B2B technology market and its dynamics is a major advantage.

Responsibilities:

Developing the content marketing strategy: creating and implementing a well-defined content strategy that aligns marketing and sales objectives, targeting our B2B audience in the technology sector.
Creating premium content: managing and producing high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, e-books, technical articles, webinars, and infographics, that highlight the company’s expertise and attract the target audience.
Managing the editorial calendar: coordinating and overseeing an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of relevant and valuable content across all marketing channels.
SEO and content optimization: ensuring that all content materials are optimized for search engines, using best SEO practices to increase organic visibility.
Content promotion: developing and managing content distribution campaigns through email marketing, social media, and other relevant digital channels for the B2B audience.
Performance analysis: monitoring and analyzing content performance using analytics tools, generating reports and recommendations for the continuous improvement of the content marketing strategy.
Inter-departmental collaboration: working closely with sales, product, and development teams to understand customer needs and create content that addresses those needs.
System implementation: coordinating the implementation of necessary marketing systems.
