We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist (Events & Activations) to bring our brand to life through impactful on-ground experiences and partnerships. This role will lead event planning and coordination across our stores and communities nationwide! What you’ll do: Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations, events, and partnerships aligned with our marketing strategy. Support 360° campaigns that connect online and offline touchpoints. Manage event operations, production, and logistics to ensure seamless execution. Collaborate with retail and cross-functional teams nationwide. Track and analyze event performance, providing data-driven recommendations. Identify and nurture community partnerships to boost engagement and reach. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Min. 2 years of proven experiencein event marketing, activations, or partnerships (preferably with regional or national scale experience). Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills. Highly organized, independent, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
