Description

Marketing Officer - Events & Conferences will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and promotion plans for our events and conference product line.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3 -5 years of experience in event marketing.
  • Proven experience in strategy creation, project management, and critical path analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail with an eye for creative and effective marketing solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using databases and CRM tools to manage direct marketing campaigns.
  • Willingness to travel for domestic and global events as needed.

    Pay: From AED5,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and promotion plans for events and conferences.
  • Research and identify relevant industry events and conferences that can enhance company visibility, generate leads, and boost sales.
  • Utilize the full marketing mix to promote events and conferences, including email, direct mail, PR, social media, online advertising, SMS, radio, and TV.
  • Create and manage a marketing plan focused on lead generation, collaborating with internal teams to optimize marketing efforts for all event components.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, organizers, and attendees to facilitate seamless event operations.
  • Oversee the creation, design, and delivery of marketing collateral, including sales brochures, visitor tickets, advertisements, web banners, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate on-site event presence, including registration, press office, branding, and material placement.
  • Forecast, monitor, and manage the event marketing budget, ensuring that all expenses align with financial goals.
  • Provide on-site support, ensuring the smooth execution of all marketing-related activities.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of event marketing campaigns through KPIs, feedback, and post-event reports, adjusting strategies for future events.
  • Leverage events to capture leads, foster relationships, and support the sales team in converting event participation into business opportunities.
