The Company operates nearly 90 locations throughout the U.S. Position Summary The Marketing Specialist is the operational engine of the marketing team. This role owns the systems, data, and processes that keep campaigns running cleanly — from tracking setup and performance reporting to budget reconciliation and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of synthesizing data into clear insights that inform leadership decisions. Without this role, the team has no reliable feedback loop on what’s working. Key Responsibilities · Build and maintain weekly and monthly marketing performance dashboards. · Own UTM tagging, tracking setup, and attribution across all channels. · Manage campaign calendars and team workflow tools to ensure on-time execution. · Support budget tracking, PO management, and vendor invoice reconciliation. · Coordinate logistics for partner co-marketing activations. · Prepare monthly reporting decks for VP and leadership reviews. · Synthesize campaign performance data into clear written summaries and actionable insights. · Serve as the operational point of contact for marketing tools and platforms. Qualifications Requirements · 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or coordinator roles. · Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Excel/Sheets. · Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday, or Notion. · Detail-oriented with strong organizational and process management skills. · Comfortable synthesizing data into clear written summaries for leadership audiences. · Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-location teams a plus. · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
