What you’ll be working on

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist - Senior to join our Marketing team on a 23-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering customer communications that support key business initiatives, service updates and customer engagement programs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional who enjoys producing high-quality customer-facing communications, managing multiple projects, and partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver timely and effective messaging.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute customer communications across a variety of channels.
  • Create customer-facing materials relating to:
  • Service alerts and operational updates
  • General rate increase communications
  • Change management communications
  • Customer and sales support collateral
  • Write, edit and proofread compelling copy for emails, direct mail, customer letters and other communications.
  • Manage communication initiatives from briefing through to execution while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Support customer engagement and retention objectives through targeted communications.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent and aligned with business priorities.
  • Utilise existing marketing resources and processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support broader marketing operations and cross-functional projects as required.
