REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or brand strategy, preferably in construction, engineering, manufacturing, e-commerce, B2B or B2C sectors.
· Strong command of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, e-commerce platforms, analytics tools).
· Demonstrated ability to plan and execute market expansion strategies—especially across multicultural, international, and mixed B2B/B2C markets.
· Ability to adapt marketing strategies across technical industries, B2B environments, and consumer-driven B2C sectors, with a focus on practical and creative campaign execution.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong project planning and organizational abilities.
· Proficiency in English; bilingual proficiency (particularly in an Asian language) will be considered an advantage.
· Experience collaborating with sales, product, design, and external contractors to achieve business growth targets.
· Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote Ferrada’s full range of services—from fencing systems and retail products to complex structural steel solutions.
· Design and implement both digital and traditional marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, e-commerce platforms, email marketing, brochures, and participation in trade expos.
· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in target segments such as infrastructure projects, commercial builders, real estate developers, and emerging B2B and B2C markets.
· Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing goals with the company’s strategic development—particularly in B2B channels, multicultural markets, and cross-border business partnerships.
· Create compelling brand narratives, promotional campaigns, and digital content tailored for both B2B clients and B2C customers, as well as stakeholders and industry partners.
· Manage and expand external partnerships, including creative agencies, e-commerce platforms, local media, and supplier networks, to enhance visibility and lead generation.
· Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
