THE OPPORTUNITY

VoPay is seeking aMarketing Specialist to support cross-functional marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, digital, events, and internal communications. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and can juggle multiple priorities across projects with minimal oversight.This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who brings creativity, initiative, and a willingness to dive into every part of the marketing funnel—from social media and lead nurturing to event logistics and content production.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ Years proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successfully implementing marketing initiatives
  • A college or university degree.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Tech-savvy and resourceful: familiarity with G Suite, Jira, Figma, Social Media Management, Google Analytics, Wordpress.
  • CRM Experience - HubSpot is preferable.
  • Excellent event management skills.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting.
  • Be highly innovative, creative and pay excellent attention to details.
  • Upbeat, positive, outgoing, personable and able to relate well with diverse groups.
  • Excellent verbal, written and keyboard skills and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task & work well under pressure.
