We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Marketing Specialist to join our team at First Texas Homes, a leading homebuilder in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the homebuilding industry.
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as CRM systems (e.g. Lasso), and content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling content.
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience working with PHP-based websites and maintaining website content and structure.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as events, digital campaigns and promotions focused on lead generation.
  • Work closely with sales, product development and digital marketing specialist to align marketing initiatives and business goals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead project management tasks, from the initial planning to execution and ensure consistent communication across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are followed and consistent.
  • Update website content, improve user experience (UX) and assist with updates utilizing PHP, CMS or other relevant website tools.
  • Write, proofread and edit creative/technical content across different media.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to execute and deliver on various marketing tasks.
  • Assist in targeted campaigns designed to drive online sales and support the sales team in generating quality leads.
  • Manage CRMs, lead flow and reporting of various marketing KPIs.
