JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on social media and content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing engaging content across our digital platforms to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Experience with basic video editing (Reels, Shorts, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and social insights dashboards.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in paid social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for content.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Photography or on-site content creation skills are a plus.
  • Real estate experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Plan and create high-quality, engaging content (text, image, video, reels, stories, etc.) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and posts.
  • Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Write blog posts, newsletters, website copy, and other forms of marketing content.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in influencer outreach and content partnerships when applicable.
