Description:

Drive the marketing strategy for Norway
Are you looking for a new role where you can make an impact and share your passion for Marketing? Then we might have the perfect opportunity for you!
As the Field Marketing Specialist for Norway, you have an essential role as we transform from being a product-oriented manufacturing company to a customer-driven sales and service organisation. You will be the main responsible marketeer for the Nilfisk Norwegian B2B market.
The position is located at our local office in Olso, Norway, where you will be working closely with the local commercial team, and you will report to the Head of Field Marketing, Northern & Easter Clusters, Claus Sande Hansen.
Your new team
You will be part of the EMEA Field Marketing Team, and the team of 11 people who are based across the local markets in Europe. Additionally, you will interact daily with colleagues in our regional and global marketing organisation who are based at our HQ in Copenhagen.
We offer a friendly, dynamic, and engaging work environment with regular sparring and best practice sharing across borders with an opportunity for self-development.
You will help position Nilfisk amongst the strongest players in the market working closely with your key stakeholders in Sales to ensure all activities support the business strategy to deliver commercial impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Marketing plan owner and support on management of marketing budget, working towards a higher ROI on all marketing activities.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns on all platforms, such as brand, segment and product campaigns, lead-gen, third party partnerships, account-based marketing with dealers, media and digital content.
  • Proactively work with internal stakeholders on the implementation of marketing initiatives aligning on key activities by channel and KPIs.
  • Generate local content including partnership campaigns and customer case studies, PR articles etc. to ensure global activities resonate with a local audience whilst capturing local trends to further drive demand to meet Marketing KPI’s.
  • Localise and validate translations of marketing material received from Global Marketing to implement in the local market in Norway.
  • Work closely with the local sales organization and attend customer meetings together with the Key Account Manager, driving joint dealer marketing activities to deliver growth with key customers.
  • Coordinate and participate in exhibitions and dealer events. This includes planning and execution from start to finish and ensuring that objectives and goals are met.
  • The opportunity to collaborate with international colleagues on global and regional projects leveraging expertise from all functions in the Marketing Organisation.

Collaborative Marketing Specialist with a commercial mindset
We imagine you have a few years of experience as a generalist marketeer. You are fluent in Norwegian and English - other Scandinavian languages would be a plus. It would be beneficial if you have worked in a larger organisation. As we work with SalesForce, Pardot and Umbraco, it would be a plus if you have experience with these tools (or other CRMs and CMSs).
On a more personal level, you are a great communicator, with a digital mindset, and are skilled at creating collaboration across the organisation, but especially within sales, working together to ensure marketing activities deliver a high commercial impact.
You have a commercial focus and proactively suggest ways to generate and improve lead quality. You are service minded, but not afraid to challenge your stakeholders when needed. You are a structured project manager, and you have the drive to ensure that the projects are completed and successful to specified deadlines.
Why join us?
We offer an interesting position with great responsibility, in an informal work culture across Nilfisk where we appreciate having both an interesting and fun working day. In this position, we offer a variety of tasks you work independently on while having an international team to learn from and spare with.
