Regents Park Pharmacy is a trusted and locally owned community pharmacy that has proudly served the residents of Sydney’s Inner West for over 10 years. As the pharmacy in the local area, we are directly partnered with nearby medical centres to support holistic health outcomes for our patients. We are known for delivering a comprehensive range of health, beauty, and medicinal products, alongside medication advice, packing, free local delivery, and multilingual services in English, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Greek.
Our team is small, welcoming and supportive, with a strong focus on collaboration and patient care. We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our friendly and growing team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who is not only creative and digitally proficient, but also eager to contribute to the development of a healthcare business that values community connection and personalised service.
As a Marketing Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Utilizing insights to guide marketing strategies and business decisions.
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media. Ensuring campaigns align with the company’s objectives and target audience.
- Creating high-quality, engaging content for marketing materials such as brochures, websites, email newsletters, and social media posts. Ensuring all content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Working collaboratively with various departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that support the company’s overall goals.
- Overseeing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and maximizing the return on investment (ROI) from marketing activities. Tracking expenditures to stay within budgetary constraints.
- Planning, organizing, and managing marketing events such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities. Coordinating with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful events.
- Ensuring that the company’s brand image and messaging are consistently represented across all marketing channels and materials. Conducting regular brand audits and implementing strategies to strengthen brand identity.
What You Are and What You Have:
- You are a team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- You are self-motivated and eager to learn about our products and healthcare services in order to design targeted and effective marketing content.
- You are capable of working independently and managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- You understand the dynamics and priorities of a small business environment, and are committed to contributing to both business growth and community health outcomes.
- You have strong organisational skills and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing efficiency, accuracy and creativity under pressure.
- You are proficient in digital tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, social media scheduling platforms, analytics tools and online content editors.
- You are open-minded, eager to grow with the business, and willing to contribute ideas that can be directly communicated to management.
- You have at least three years of relevant experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail, healthcare or pharmacy-related industries.
- You must have full-time work rights in Australia
