Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the growth and strategic positioning of our brand. This role is suited to a professional who brings deep expertise in market research, brand development, pricing strategy, and integrated marketing communications.
This is a full-time position (38hrs per week) with an annual salary range of $77,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation.

Responsibilities
  • Commission and conduct in-depth market research to assess demand, identify white space opportunities, and inform investment and strategic decisions
  • Collect, analyse, and model market and operational data to assess performance trends, customer segments, and commercial viability of products or services
  • Develop detailed competitor analyses, benchmarking reports, and market entry assessments in alignment with investment strategy
  • Design and implement integrated marketing programs that support firm-wide business development and portfolio company growth initiatives
  • Advise on the full marketing mix, including product positioning, pricing strategy, promotional campaigns, advertising channels, and distribution models
  • Create and maintain dashboards and performance tracking tools to evaluate marketing ROI and inform strategic decision-making
  • Support brand development strategies to strengthen brand equity and ensure consistent visual and verbal identity across internal and external communications
  • Partner with investment and leadership teams to align marketing activity with financial modelling, investor communications, and portfolio company reporting
  • Develop and manage stakeholder communications across digital, web, email, and print channels, ensuring content reflects the firm’s values of discretion and strategic clarity
  • Prepare and deliver internal reports, presentations, and market summaries to support partner decision-making and fundraising activities
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and global macroeconomic signals to ensure the firm’s marketing and messaging remain forward-looking and competitive
