We’re based in Vaughan, Ontario, with 14 regional locations that include custom manufacturing facilities in Edmonton, Toronto and Winnipeg, as well as cash and carry locations, product showrooms and equipment demo sites.
We are currently looking for a Full-Time Marketing Specialist, Graphic Solutions,located in Vaughan, Ontario, reporting to the Vice President, Marketing and Brand Management.

SUMMARY

We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist to own and elevate our Graphics Solutions segment — encompassing Sign & Display, Wide Format, Graphic Art Supplies, Consumables, Equipment and Services. This is a national growth opportunity with a dynamic organization, and you’ll play a key role in bringing our graphic solutions strategy to life across Canada. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll work alongside segment managers and cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive awareness, generate demand, and support revenue growth. You’ll be the go-to marketing lead for all things Graphic Solutions, working closely with Sales, Product, and our Supplier network to drive results.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing or a related field
  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience in industrial, print, graphics, or related sectors
  • Proven ability to create and execute digital and demand generation campaigns
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience collaborating with sales and product teams to drive national impact
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Mailchimp, Wordpress
  • Familiarity with CRM and other marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Execution: Collaborate and create an end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for the Graphic Solutions segment.
  • Campaigns: Develop and manage multiple targeted digital and integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Sales Partnership: Align closely with sales to build joint plans and co-create tools, programs, and presentations.
  • Supplier Relations: Build strong relationships with key suppliers, drive MDF usage, and create compelling proposal submissions.
  • Performance & Reporting: Analyze campaign results and provide insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts.
  • Collaboration: Partner with other segment marketers to align packaging and paper initiatives where appropriate.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple campaigns, assets, and timelines at once in a fastpaced, evolving environment.
