QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· Strong understanding of the ag finance industry: Knowledge of key trends, technologies, and challenges within the financial technology sector.
· B2B marketing expertise: Experience or demonstrated potential in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for business-to-business audiences.
· Content creation skills: Ability to write compelling marketing copy, create compelling visuals, develop engaging presentations, and create valuable content for the audiences.
· Analytical skills: Data-driven approach to marketing with the ability to track campaign performance and make data-informed decisions.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and marketing to achieve common goals.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
· Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
· Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Growers Edge is a startup company with lots to do. Being comfortable being uncaomfortable is key. As is the willingness to jump in and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY PURPOSE & FUNCTION

Responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence, generate leads and enable sales success. The position oversees end-to-end event and trade show management, ensuring impactful participation that builds relationships and market visibility. It supports integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging data and insights to improve performance and strengthen alignment between marketing and sales while improving operational efficiency. Acting as a central project manager, this position coordinates internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing outputs on time and on brand, contributing directly to revenue growth and market impact.
